We had to go to San Pedro and decided to find a lunch place. Hadn’t been to San Pedro in a while. We decided on a brunch menu at Trani’s Dockside. We were greeted warmly and got our table. Katheryn our server was so friendly and happy. We order the scallops, Sea Biscuits, fish sandwich and Chicken Milanese and Romaine. The scallops were delicious. So fresh and bright. Had lime, cashew and dollop of coconut air (foam). The combination of flavors was delicious. The Sea Biscuits was Biscuits with Clam Chowder poured over it. It was also delicious. The fish sandwich was on a crispy ciabatta roll. Loved the crunch. The salad had a nice fresh buttermilk dressing and fresh romaine and frisée. It’s so nice when a restaurant is as good as we hoped and the service top notch. Would love to see what the dinner service is like.

We have dined here many times and every experience has been outstanding with service and quality. Rebecca and Jordan are outstanding servers. They have always been very attentive and professional.

One of the best Valentine's Day steak dinner! We started with the marinated octopus and tomato as the appetizer, followed by a main course of an 8 oz. Filet Mignon for each of us cooked to perfection covered with fresh shaved truffles, sides of creamed spinach and truffled mashed potatoes. This restaurant located in a strip mall in Lomita is a gem of a place! Service is very attentive, cozy atmosphere. They do not have a full bar, only wine, beer, and sake. Although it is a bit pricey, they have a much better quality overall than some of the other high end steak houses. They for sure are much better than Flemings which I feel has gone down hill in my many years of eating there. This will become my favorite steak house from now on! It is conveniently located with a great menu!

My husband and I decidedto go out to lunch instead of dinner for Valentines Day. My California salad and eggplant parmesan were delicious. Since they ran out of pastrami, my husband got the turkey sandwich.

I visited during restaurant week, everything was great. There were two mixups with our order, but they were quickly fixed. I believe this is just due to the high demand they had going on during this time. I would eat here again.
