Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals.     We made reservations on OpenTable for this evening and when we showed up, there was a line at the door. We walked up, checked in and we’re immediately seated at our table. Our server was excellent food was awesome and the timeless family was amazing.

    A perfect dinner at Monocacy Crossing. There were 6 in our party and every dish was amazing. Josie is the best server and she makes great recommendations and is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely try the White Christmas Margarita and the Loup de Mer which is a fluffy white fish with jasmine rice and a delicious sauce! The chef and staff are top notch!

    Congratulations to Chef Michael Voltaggio and Chef Bryan Voltaggio on the Grand Opening of their restaurant at the Wye Oak Tavern. It was a pleasure to share in the experience and to enjoy their extraordinary culinary creations! We particularly savored the Cold Fried Chicken Pate, the Cheese Ravioli (Bryan’s signature dish), and the Rigatoni. All the dishes were elevated by the brilliant wine pairings suggested by their remarkable sommelier, Steven Zmuda.
