Exception service by server Eve! Food was tasty. The szechuan lettuce wraps had a bit more spice than expected. Burger and fries were average and blackened chicken was good; kale coleslaw should be regular cabbage. Shout out to Eve that made the visit enjoyable!!!

It had been 20 years since eating at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. I took my daughter for lunch and we both enjoyed the quality of the food, the unbelievable service and the perfect ambience. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

I had a wonderful time today at Eataly. The staff were amazingly friendly given I was dining by myself on Christmas Day. The meal was delicious and it was a relaxed experience. I had the Crispy polenta and the Bacalla and both were delicious! I was never rushed by the server and she very kindly presented me with a complimentary glass of Prosecco. I will definitely be back to try the pizza which looked amazing!

We were late to our reservation during Xmas season, still accommodated all of us (7) with open arms!!! Thanks!

My friend and I shared an order of crab cakes, with salad and roast beef sliders. There were two crabcakes on the plate so we each had one. And he added an extra slider to the slider plate so we each had two sliders. The food was delicious and there was lots of it. We finished everything. But I could’ve done with just one slider and one crabcake. My only complaint is, it’s really not a good place for people who have any kind of hearing problems. It was quite noisy. This is not a complaint as such because it is the festive season and everybody was so happy to see everybody else and it was all happy noise. But it would’ve been nice to have a corner for older ladies who have hearing problems so they can talk. That is the only reason that I would not return to Earls. The food was great. Our waiter was really good. The ambiance was great., the bathrooms were great. Everything was just fine except for the noise and I don’t think the restaurant can really do anything about that.
