Wonderful experience. Our server, Gabriella, was amazing. The steaks were cooked to perfection, at the requested doneness. The wedge salad was perfect. This was the night of Christmas Day, so we would have forgiven any missteps, but we didn’t need to. Outstanding.

We had an amazing Christmas Eve away from home in San Miguel because of Quince1810… from cheese board of Mexican cheeses , to chicken pot pie, fillet mignon on a bed of risotto with red pepper and leeks grilled. Then the dessert sambler of cornbread cake, black forest cake and a merigue of creme angleise and raspberries…. then we all were given roman candle torches to light. A skilled tight rope walker took to the atrium space dancing across it 30” in the air! Wow!!! Feliz Navidad!!!

We had an amazing view at sunset and the service was fantastic. Food was good and steaks came and in very large portions so it’s better to share because if not you’ll have plenty of leftovers.

Clearly one of the best bars I've ever been to, Bostom stands out with its exceptional menu that takes you on a delightful journey through various flavor profiles. Each drink on the menu is thoughtfully crafted, and the pairings are just spectacular, enhancing the overall experience. The ambiance is perfect, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. However, the true highlight is the outstanding service. The staff is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft, ensuring that every visit is memorable. This bar is undoubtedly one of the best in this part of the country and comes highly recommended.
