They helped us organize a birthday surprise, taking care of every detail with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and their recommendations for food and wine were spot on.     My second visit to this location for lunch but was disappointed with the Christmas dinner, which is NOT one of Hard Rock's strongpoints! It just didn't appeal to me, although the Caesar's Salad and Sleighride Sangria were both excellent!

    The ambiance, service, fancy cocktails every was great. However, although I have a reservation for early time and there were free tables in the teras, they gave us a table from inside :( For the next time I would make a reservation by giving a phone call.
