We had a wonderful first experience at Cooper’s Hawk. Our server Kim K was the best! She explained the wine club to us and all about the restaurant, the food and the wine. She answered all of our questions. Looking forward to a return visit and having Kim K as our server. Gary and Vickie

What a WONDERFUL surprise! We had been advised by a manager at Molly Woos to try this restaurant and to be sure to ask for a table on the upper level. We did just that and WOW how awesome of an evening we spent on our 47th anniversary. The atmosphere was outstanding! The view of beautiful Easton with all the Holiday lights shining was such a beautiful site. Our seating, the staff, the food were all outstanding. Our waitress recommended the BABA GHANOUSH which was homemade as was the pitas that came with it. Next we each had a starter. My husband ordered the Charred Octopus which he enjoyed and I had the Golden Beet Salad which was one of the best I ever had and I have tried many. For our entree we shared the Open Fire Roasted Shellfish Platter in the small size which was plenty since we had the appetizer and starters. Best of all was the staff and especially our waitress. From the moment we walked in everyone knew it was our anniversary and mentioned it. They knew this from the note that I added on Open Table but never has this been acknowledged so nicely as at this restaurant. This new dining option we have at Easton is a DEFINITE must try! We cannot wait to return :)

Awesome first time here on a Friday around 5:30. Started with the pecan old fashioned. Perfect old fashioned for me as I like mine a little more sweet than bitter and served over one large ice cube with a cherry. I had the short rib and it was fantastic. Almost like a perfectly cooked pot roast. Comfort food for sure. My wife had the fillet medallions and very much liked except she didn't notice that the potatoes or steak or something had gorgonzola cheese on them and she wasn't a fan. Had she seen it on the menu she would have ordered without but that's not the fault of the restaurant. Warm inviting dining room. Friendly, attentive service. Priced on the high side for what you get, but within reason. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience. We celebrated my dad’s birthday and were seated at one of their best table locations. Matthew, our server, was very knowledgeable, personable, attentive and fun. He brought out each steak cut and made some perfect recommendations. Off we didn’t like something, he fixed it immediately. We felt like we were his only responsibility. Wagyu was on point as were the elk, lamb and seafood. Try the holiday menu!!!

I ordered the pear cocktail and the steak frites with a side of cheesy grits and everything was so delicious! My server was also so kind. I would definitely come back!
