We are open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.Our cold bar and kitchen offers fresh oysters from North Carolina and beyond, traditional Mexican and Peruvian ceviche, and classic entrees and specials, all prepared from scratch.STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. The result: categorically elevated cocktails.     1st time trying this spot after seeing it on a list of top 50 restaurants in Charlotte. The ceviche was spectacular and closest to anywhere in the states to what I had in Lima. Tostados de chorizo was another hit. Also had Arroz Frito and Short Rib entrees shared with a friend. Tremendous flavor is coming out of the kitchen. The front of the house team was friendly, interactive, and attentive. Will def be back!!

    Fantastic as always! Omelette’s are amazing! Ok, SO, HOW. Do they make those??!! Our friends were truly impressed and will certainly be back! Every member of the Stir Team are so wonderful and the service quality shines through their cheerful and GENUINE dispositions! Stir is, without question, unique and such a great addition to all that Charlotte has to offer. OH.. definitely make reservations! Particularly when the Panthers are playing and wear your favorite jersey!! Wow! So much fun and it is so nice to see families, dates, everyone just simply having a good time ., enjoying great food, superb service, fabulous drinks and of course jazz during Sunday Brunch!!

    We came in 30 min to closing. My wings had very noticeable feathers on one of them, and my waffle was very dark. Not like the first time I had it. I feel like they were just rushing the food given it was close to closing. Open table accepted my reservation for this time, so I’m assuming the issue was the fact that folks were ready to get off work. Overall food tasted fine, just not as visibly appealing.
