Amazing Experience at Palma Kitchen! Palma Kitchen is a must-visit! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond. The steak bowl is an absolute winner—perfectly cooked, tender steak paired with fresh vegetables, fluffy grains, and a vibrant dressing that ties it all together. Our favorite and most convention restaurant! There were 8 of us. All of us had wonderful food. We love the new menu. One person at our table raved about the Lamb Chops. Theresa was our waitress. We all love Theresa. She is always so friendly and so good at what she does. It was so nice, the chef stopped by our table to check on us.

Everything was great except one thing. I ordered the salmon and when I asked to switch the side of broccolini for sautéed veggies the server told me she could not do that. I was very surprised because I just did that in November when I was there. It was disappointing.

We had to wait for several minutes, even with the reservation, but the staff was very apologetic telling us that the party at our table had been there for three hours. They brought a tray of appetizers as we waited, and seated us as soon as the large party left. Jessie was a great server, the food was top notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

We had a very nice experience at Cooper's Hawk in Gilbert. The food was delicious. Our server was great. The only complaint was we had made a reservation for 6:30 and were not seated until almost 7 pm. I think the restaurant needs to make some adjustments to the number of reservations they are taking if it takes that long to seat people.
