Absolutely amazing service! We were greeted with love from the second we walked in the door! We love level 2! We enjoyed our amazing Christmas Drinks! The editable glitter was so cute. The manager came to our table and was so friendly and easy to talk to! We have been to level 2 over 30 times and every time it gets better and better! Our server was very friendly and had recognized us from before and it was nice to see a friendly face. The food is always 5 stars. I tried the Alaskan Halibut and it was incredible and such delightful flavors!

We were a large party (15) and we had a wonderful time. Our server (cannot remember her name🙁) did a tremendous job keeping us well fed and drinks. Excellent experience

I had chosen a “standard” table vs a “high top” when making my reservation because I have mobility issues. They sat us at a high top table and I had a very uncomfortable evening trying to stay in my bar stool chair. Today I am having trouble walking because of the pain in my legs. The food was good.

Overall, was a good experience. Food was good, but not necessarily surging to write home about. The environment was noisy, but expected. Overall a good experience. Our stalls did come out almost rare and we did have to send them back for a little more heat, but other than that all was good.
