Peppercorn’s Grill is owned and operated by the Cialfi siblings, Sal and Dino, Brothers Sal and Dino purchased Peppercorn's Grill in 1989 and opened Piccolo Arancio in 1994. Over the top wonderful on all levels: first an opportunity to congratulate Megan on becoming a partner of the Max group! What a wonderful addition; a kinder, more embracing and welcoming representative to Trumbull Kitchen! Not to mention smart and pretty! Saw Chef Chris and of course Johnny as our server — shrimp corn fritters were excellent and the new grain salad with chicken was excellent with just the right amount of dressing. Trumbull Kitchen never disappoints and this time was extra special!
