Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. A friendly, neighbourhood spot. My husband had the penne pollo and I had the lobster ravioli with side salads. Both were very good, Ravioli sauce was tasty, but not too heavy. Penne was also very good, with an olive oil base. Bread sticks are a must, covered in parmesan.

Valentine's Day is not a good day to judge this restaurant. Our server was excellent but I think the servers were given instructions based on money not on service. We arrived 15 minutes early but were told to wait until our reservation time even though we saw several empty tables. Our food presentation was superb but cold and we watched as all tables were served their desert before they finished the main course. We love Bourbon Prime on a normal day but won't return on a holiday.

Loved the crab balls. Meatballs could use some work, and my husband had watery sauce juice coming from his plate. Waiter was very nice and service was fast. Strawberries were amazing.
