Restaurants near Compton Park

Server was hands down a 10/10. Unfortunately being so busy, it was to be understood given the date. Was hoping for slightly better preparation from management. However, this place is still phenomenal.

Bardea never disappoints! Delicious food, perfectly paired wine, and excellent service keep us coming back time and again. We particularly enjoyed the avocado, calamari, and cauliflower on this visit although we’ve never tried anything that we didn’t like. Thank you for a memorable Valentine’s dinner. Can’t wait to try your sister restaurants!

This was our first time at Banks but it will not be our last. We had read about the good restaurants on the Riverwalk and just decided to try Banks for our first visit. The service was perfect, not rushed but just a nice pace for our meal. The food was amazing. Our waitress suggested the tuna and it was absolutely perfect. We sat in the bar section and were very surprised at how nice and quiet it was. I would like to go back in the warmer months and get a table out in their patio.

Really solid food and some excellent cocktails. Kudos to Lindsey for friendly and attentive service and great recommendations, even with a full house. Highly recommend the Sazerac and Cardi Basil. Will be back!

We started with the Small plates of Avocado and then the Salmon. The Avocado dish was divine...perfectly warm with tantalizing flavors beneath it. The salmon was really good but we weren't fans of the "crisp" that comes with it which is made from the skin...too fishy for our taste. That's a personal preference. I had the burger and my wife the Cacio e Pepe. Both were also excellent.
