Outstanding Service from Waiter L! I had the pleasure of dining with a large group of 13, and Waiter L went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, they handled our table with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm attitude that made us feel truly welcome. Despite the challenge of serving such a large group, Waiter L was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full, our orders were accurate, and any special requests were met with a smile. His ability to manage multiple orders seamlessly while maintaining a friendly and engaging demeanor was truly impressive. The level of service provided made our meal not just enjoyable but memorable. It’s rare to find someone who can balance speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. It was my first visit to MRBL and it ended up being better than I expected! The food was amazing and the service there is amazing as well. They did have live music there, in which I usually don’t care for, however, the singer they had there was pretty good. Although it was Valentine’s Day, and despite being very busy, the staff still took the time to make accommodations and took good care of us the entire time. I’ll definitely be back for some MRBL!

We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner at The Green Line Kitchen and Cocktails. We typically don’t like to go out to eat on Valentine’s Day but are so glad that we did! We were warmly greeted upon arrival and Tracy, the general manager, made sure that we had a great table. Service and food was excellent. A little mishap on dessert but nothing that ruined the evening. Restaurant and management of guests was excellent considering it was a busy night because of Valentine’s Day. Good Manager visibility that was actual hands on during the evening. The 70 day dry aged cowboy steak probably my new steak now! Overall great evening and the Valet Team still the best in terms of customer service, being polite and respectful!

This is consistently one of the best restaurants we eat at in Cincinnati. It is ALWAYS delicious, ALWAYS fast, ALWAYS right and the staff is amazing. The dining room manager is always so nice and the servers are on it! We are very pleased every time. There is a tall, dark haired female server that helped us in the past. She is an exceptional server. Kind, accurate and all around great! Also, a server that has long straight brown hair that appears to also bartend. She is also an excellent server. Y’all have a great staff!!!! You should be super proud. The kitchen has great cooks. We are so picky about food and y’all always do a great job!!! Thanks so much!!!!!
