Gw Fins Restaurant Review Gw Fins is truly a gem! We recently dined there to celebrate an early retirement, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming, ideal for such a special occasion. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the food. We had the swordfish and the Ahi Tuna, and both dishes were over the top in terms of flavor and presentation. The swordfish was perfectly cooked with a delicate, buttery texture, while the Tuna was an absolute standout – fresh, vibrant, and bursting with bold flavors. Every bite felt like a celebration in itself. The service was impeccable, with the staff making us feel genuinely celebrated. From thoughtful wine pairings to their attention to detail, they elevated the experience to another level. Gw Fins exceeded all expectations and made our milestone celebration unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional seafood and a memorable dining experience!

Wonderful, definitely recommend. I went for brunch to celebrate my anniversary and everything was incredible. Every staff member I encountered was warm and helpful. The food was so delicious, I wish I could’ve eaten more. The drinks were also great. The chef even sent out a seasonal strawberry special and a glass of champagne for us to toast our anniversary. If you haven’t been here yet, go ahead and start making plans!

Everything was great! My husband had the eggplant and I had the lasagna. Both were delicious. Servers were also great. Recommend you make reservations. Beautiful place to walk through.

Our service team, Sylas and Myles, were phenomenal! Very welcoming, pleasant to talk to, and reflected genuine Southern hospitality. An added highlight to the end of our visit was Roydell (sp?), who took us on a tour of the various rooms and gave the stories behind each. He is an excellent ambassador for your restaurant! We will request him and Wylita (sp?) on our next visit. Great time on curating a fantastic team!

I want to start by saying that the food and service was good. The atmosphere was excellent although the music was a tad loud. I feel like calling the experience "fine dining" is a stretch though. The table setting wasn't properly spaced or set for fine dining. The waiter was friendly and had a great personality but talked too much and too fast. The uniforms for wait staff and hostess were also a little sloppy for an experience billed as fine dining. The appetizer had good flavor, but by the time it reached our table, it was cold and the pastry crust was soggy on the bottom. The soup course arrived at the table cold and completely lacked flavor. A little shake of salt helped a bit, but not enough to redeem the dish. The four remaining courses were all on point with excellent flavor, temperature, and presentation. Overall, it was a good meal and with a little tweaking could be a true fine dining experience.
