We had an amazing time at Wolfgang’s on Friday night. Michelle was our server and was very professional and friendly. Not to mention extremely knowledgeable about their menu. The food was incredible as was the atmosphere.

Thought there was less chicken in the taco salad. Salad had some brown areas

Had a very nice meal seated outside with great view of the Sawgrass stage. Portions were generous and delicious. Drams of Scotch were a bit pricey, and sadly, the bar was out of ingredients needed to make an Old Fashioned.

We had a most EXCEPTIONAL family Christmas dinner tonight! Callie greeted us beautifully and professionally! Table was perfect! Matt was our server, and he was outstanding on every level! Perfect timing and attentiveness without rushing us through our evening! The wine selection was extraordinary, as he guided us through the Prime 3 story of the importance a good wine to enhance our meal. Really appreciated his knowledge of that! The salads were fresh and fabulous! Dave’s filet? None better! Asparagus cooked to perfection! And those tiny peppers? The greatest! The sorbet and hand cleansing were the cherries on the top! Extra touches of excellence! My husband and sister had the salmon from ANTARCTICA! Have you ever? Carole said it was the best salmon she has ever had! What a beautiful night/dinner/experience we had! Thank you, Prime 3! We WILL be back! We celebrated our anniversary in September there, and that’s why we returned with family to celebrate Christmas! MERRY US! ❤️🎄❤️🎄

To be fair, we ate there as hotel guests and because it just opened, they did not have a full menu yet. We started with crab soup and Ahi tuna which were both very good. My husband had stir fried rice and shrimp, which was fine but overpriced in my opinion and his as well, $32 for basically some Chinese food with a little bit of tropical flare, using roasted pineapple. I had a wedge salad and had I been thinking I would’ve asked to have the dressing on the side because that’s what I typically do. Not a huge fan of wedge salads, but that’s the only salad they had and I Was not hungry enough for an entrée. The wasabi dressing was so hot, I finally had to just give up continuing to eat it because it was becoming actually rather painful when my sinuses were burning with every bite. As far as ambience, we were expecting a bit more since this has been newly redone, but it’s very contemporary with a bit of an island feel. Nothing to drowned out noise so while it wasn’t too bad since there were only maybe six tables occupied, I would think it could become much noisier. We had a 20% discount as guests, and it ended up for the aforementioned food and two glasses of wine, I believe including tip we spent close to $120 which is a fairly good price overall
