Restaurants near Cowan Railway Station

The restaurant seats by date of booking and order of seating preference. So be sure to let them know if you want to be on the balcony (outside) or inside as this will determine whether you are in the direct sun or not depending upon your dining time. We did not know this and they were kind enough to accommodate us to be out of the sun. The food was excellent as was service. It seems expensive for a small sourdough loaf ($12) - we get bread included for free at home, 3 prawns ($32) and fish & chips ($56) hence my "good value" rating only. However, food is expensive in Sydney, the portion size was not skimpy and the quality of the fish was high. So it was worth it and we'd go back again.

We had the best meal we have had out as a family for a very long time. Very authentic Italian food with a refined ambiance. My 11yr old niece who is gluten free said it was the best gluten free pizza she has ever had and eat the entire pizza to herself. Service was perfect and left feeling very satisfied, would come back without hesitation.

Christmas lunch was outstanding. Such beautiful table settings when we walked in and of course the beautiful view. The service was impeccable for such a busy day. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Thank you Bathers for a wonderful Christmas lunch.

We had a great table for 2 at the front edge, with a clear view of the opera house and the people strolling the waterfront. The linguine with seafood was delicious, as was the burrata and the Italian beer. Tiramasu was tasty, but we wished we had shared because the portion was huge! On Christmas Eve, it was very busy, so service was a bit off, but all the servers were so pleasant that I can’t fault them.
