It was mynson and my birthday and there was no acknowledgement of our birthdays even though it was on the reservation so that was disappointing. Otherwise, the food was good.

We had an amazing experience. Paul is an incredible server. We loved all of the food.

We had a wonderful dinner at Evo last night. We sat out on the patio. We started with the Octopus for an appetizer. I was surprised at how good it was. I definitely would try it. I had the crispy lasagna and it was great! My son had the salmon with couscous and he really liked it. My husband had the lobster gnocchi which was delicious. My daughter had the brussel sprouts and fettuccine alfredo. For dessert I had Sals cheesecake which was delicious. My son had the tiramisu and my husband had the chocolate cake. Everything was so good. Our waitress was wonderful. She explained each dish and was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I always love going to Cooper's Hawk! The food is always fantastic and the wine is delicious! Birdie was our server tonight and she is absolutely wonderful! We had the Short Ribs, the Mahi Mahi and the Chicken Giardiniera for our entrees and we started with the Chicken Potstickers! The Barrel Winebis a must try and for dessert we had Passion Fruit Cheesecake with a Pistachio Tuile! I recommend all these dishes and we can't wait to go back!

We were seated immediately and ended up with a table to ourselves which was nice. It wasn't too crowded due to the time we picked for our visit. The server came over immediately and took our drink order and she was great. She took our food order and before we'd finished the salad our chef arrived and went over our food selection and then he put on quite a show which kept us entertained during the entire meal. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed our visit very much.
