Vivace is where we celebrate birthdays, holidays and any other excuse to dine there. The food is consistently wonderful. The tomato-based sauces are outstanding, pasta is cooked perfect and the quality of the meats e.g. Molinari sausage) is great. The menu presents a wide variety of dishes including a favorite- orcchiette con salsiccia e rapini - and a lasagne surrounded by a bechamel sauce that is incredible! Service is always outstanding. Last night we were served by Haden who was attentive, personable and totally on it for our orders. The dining areas feel like you’re in a neighborhood restaurant but still has a an almost NYC feel. Eat at Vivace, you will be glad you made the effort!!

Everything was delicious until dessert which was disappointing but an overall great experience

Not only was the space itself beautiful, comfortable, and well thought out- every dish was delicious, and the service was impeccable. A definite highlight was the chocolate cake, and the tuna tartar was divine. Nick, our waiter, and all of the rest of the crew- were top notch. We came for a birthday celebration, and I’m certain we will return.

The village pub had a New Year day brunch with a prix fixe menu of 3 courses. For each part of the menu there were many choices. The dishes were excellent. The burrata salad was amazing with the most delicious and delicate burrata. This was a great lunch to begin the new year for a good price!

We loved the ambiance at this place. Even though we arrived about 20 minutes early, we were seated promptly. The restaurant offers charming spaces: a formal dining area with crisp white tablecloths and a serene outdoor space with lush greenery and a covered roof. It’s a beautifully relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely meal. If you're in a hurry, this may not be the spot for you. We visited for Sunday brunch, and while it took a little longer than expected for our food to arrive, the service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Breakfast Sandwich, Baby Kale and Quinoa Salad, Shakshouka, and the Home Fries as an appetizer—each dish was delicious. The bread with the Shakshouka was absolutely incredible. While prices are on the higher side (approximately $35 per person, excluding alcohol and tip), the quality of the food and the laid-back setting make it worth the experience. Plus, it’s conveniently located near lovely walking parks, adding to its appeal.
