Situated in the Red Rocks country 17 miles southwest of Denver on Hwy 285, The Fort is a true replica of Bent's Fort, (1833-1849), the first American fur trade post in Colorado. Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.

Great service and we had a quiet roomy booth. Margaritas were strong, but made with a mix and/or orange liqueur that we did not care for. Food was an odd mix of so- so and good. The carnitas are awesome. Flavorful and tender pork. Tacos were generously filled, almost too much to handle. Three dip appetizer was disappointing. We didn’t care for queso or bean dip. Salsa was mediocre. We probably won’t be back, as there are so many other restaurants to enjoy in our part of Littleton.

Really good food, "right-sized" portions--not so big you get overwhelmed, really good service in an unassuming, casual setting. It's a hidden gem on the southwest side of Denver-plex. Make a reservation and enjoy!
