We were given a warm welcome & greeting upon entering. We were escorted to our table and informed Wendy would be our server. Wendy was absolutely incredible providing extraordinary customer service. She made sure all our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Upon departure we were thanked by our Server Wendy as well as the Hostess at the desk. We’ll be back for sure.

Great Xmas eve meal. Our server Misty was very attentive and provided great advice.

Best gumbo we have ever had and my wife is from New Orleans. Our whole meal was excellent.

Our experience dining at  Ruth Chris is always a wonderful one. Upon arriving, we were greeted and seated by the friendly hostess. I had asked for a corner table by the window, so we could see the fabulous view of the bridge at night. Of course Ruth Chris accommodated us! Our waiter was amazing. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us. The young woman who helped serve at our table was also amazing. Both of them went above and beyond for us. The manager paid us a visit twice to ask if we needed anything. When our dinner arrived, our steak was cooked perfectly. The staff really made my husband‘s birthday a special one. Reasons like this are why we continue to dine at Ruth Chris several times a year. We enjoy it so much!

Atmosphere was great, got seated in a side booth where there was less noise. Tried the house amber which was good, wife liked her cocktail. Pizza was a bit disappointing, advertised as Chicago style but not really, was only about halfway up the pan and the toppings were REALLY scattered. Our waiter was personable; had a lot of rain while we were there and had a drip by our seat, but we deployed an empty glass to reduce the splatter.
