Our Kozlovna restaurant in Lidicka Street is a popular destination for people seeking excellent Kozel beer and first rate Czech cuisine.     Yesterday my husband and I had dinner at the restaurant. From the very first minute we were hosted perfectly. The staff were all friendly, professional and spoke very good English. The food was outstanding. They also have a very special bread. My husband is lactose intolerant, the chef came to us to make sure what he was going to serve. They very very flexible and did everything to meet our expectations. We had an ox tail soup, a beautiful salad, which wasn’t on the menu, they prepared it especially for us. We also had chicken with foie gras and a pizza. For dessert we had pistachio Panna cottta and sorbet ice cream. Everything was delicious. The ambiance was very familiar and welcoming. A perfect choice for Prague.

    Food is authentic, and well prepared. Beer selection sadly lacking, but great wine cellar. Staff needs training badly! No sense of pacing a meal and checking on guest’s drinks. This would up the restaurant’s game significantly
