Our waiter, Tyler did a great job. We were there for a nice relaxing dinner with old friends we haven’t seen in years.

My friend and I are recently widowed, we meet at the Spotted Donkey to try and recover from such a terrible loss. The service so friendly the food outstanding the surroundings comforting. Thank you, this place has been a life saver.

Great experience food was really good for the cost. The Baseball Sirloin was the big hit and really good !! Wine list was nice and again pricing was fair. Vintage mostly 1019-2021s

My wife and I are regulars but this evening we brought two newbies who are both world-travelled epicureans and wine snobs. Sat outside looking at the golf course and it was a chilly Sat night so the heaters were very handy. Server was great: attentive and informed and not always on top of us. Our friends ordered a decent bottle of wine to share with - not my expertise but it was good. We shared the Calamari, which has a really great lemony zest to it. I ordered the salmon dinner, which was perfect as usual. I started with a cup of the corn chowder and convinced husband friend to do the same. He loved the chowder and ordered the sand dabs on my wife's suggestion. He loved that too! His wife ordered the social which was a surf and turf and she was very happy. Wifey ordered her favorite salad with chicken added and it was all great. Overall another great experience. Thank you Chef Chris and everyone at Tonto :)

Hostess was wonderful as was our server. Food came quickly and was very good.
