Isabelle provided exceptional service during my recent dining experience. While the food was satisfactory for the price, her outstanding attention to detail and warm demeanor made the evening truly memorable. Her professionalism and genuine desire to ensure our satisfaction were evident throughout our meal.

A great selection of choices from small plates to deserts. Lobster gnocchi was especially good.

Took my 15 year old son to his first Ruby’s. The experience was wonderful. Had to reschedule due to the snowstorm and was not able to get a high top by the sushi station. Normally this would be perfectly fine, but it was a bit cold, unfortunately. Our server, Sarah, was awesome. She really took care to make sure my son’s first experience was a good one. Even went so far as to take a photo and placing it in a card with a nice note. She really went above and beyond. I got the Steak Burrow, and my wife and son got the petite filets. The Burrow was the favorite of the table and what we’ll all be getting during our next visit. The filets were very good, but maybe not what I would tend to expect from a Ruby’s. Just a bit chewier than normal. They can’t all be exquisite, though. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely be asking for Sarah when we return. Patrick

after having eaten here since they opened i've grown to expect exactly what i experienced this visit...everything was really good...no issues from valet to valet, always a good time!

Mary did a nice job, kitchen added bacon to a salad after requesting none, I should have sent it back so it’s on me. The food was good otherwise.
