My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and this was a perfect choice. Got a very warm greeting from both the hostess and our waiter - which was nice. We shared the mussels to start and we both order the Beef Bourguignon for an entree. The beef just melted in your mouth. It was meal that you can almost taste it for hours after. After leaving the restaurant, my wife and I kept saying "what a great meal".

This was our 2nd time dining at Earth at Hidden Pond while on a mini get away. The speciality drinks are were amazing. Our dinner was outstanding. Would definitely recommend it. The decor is so earthy.

Always a great time...so sad that The Tides closes this weekend. Had to have one more Swordfish with Rissoto dinner. It was magical. See you next May!!!!
