The Farehouse is located in the heart of the historic Taylors Mill’s Dock No. 3. The mill began its life as the Southern Bleachery and Piedmont Print Works during the height of the Greenville area’s reign as the Textile Capital of the World. Todays visit was excellent. We were seated immediately, our waiter appeared at our table as soon as we sat down. He was very attentive and got everyone’s order correct and served us very quickly. Another employee appeared at our table to ask how our meals were and listened attentively, and said she would talk with the grill cook. Everyone was very pleasant, upbeat and efficient there.

We had a reservation. We arrived early and got seated immediately. Food was delicious. The serving of mashed potatoes was the largest I have ever had in any restaurant! And they were good.

Wonderful experience start to finish! Excellent service, food quality and atmosphere. Only concern is related to the popularity of the restaurant i.e., very busy, tables filled to capacity for which making having a table conversation a bit of a challenge.
