- RRhondaVIPVancouver / British Columbia •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur waitress was the loveliest young lady, I really applaud wait staff taking the time to apologize for slow starts to seating and getting things rolling. That makes a huge difference to us as it’s just nice to be kept in the loop.More infoGlo Restaurant + LoungePrice: Moderate• Northwest• Victoria•4.6

- BBarbaraVancouver / British Columbia •14 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoService was great. We had a table of 10 and we were served in a timely manner. The food was delicious, as always. Our one issue was finding a place for our coats. Thankfully the restaurant wasn't packed so were able to put our coats at the next table.More infoThe Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Fort StreetPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Victoria•4.4
- AAlyseVancouver / British Columbia •4 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024I am very fussy about my dining experiences. It has to be value for money while also satisfying my need for service quality and gorgeous food. Wow! Courtney room is my new favorite restaurant. The room is beautiful and the service friendly and oh so professional. The food is beautiful and focused on local sourcing. That crab ravioli and focaccia bread. I could eat it every day. So well done! Magnolia Hotel is a lovely place to stay to enjoy a complete night out.More infoThe Courtney RoomPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Victoria•4.5
- VVickiSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined on 5 Dec 2024The food and service were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the lights were WAY too bright. When one has an evening meal in a lovely setting - it shouldn't be necessary to wear a ball cap so the lights don't glare in your eyes. Besides the regular hanging lights which were pretty bright - there were can-lights in the ceiling with very strong bulbs in them. This really ruined the ambience. Made it feel more like we were dining in a cafeteria instead of a steakhouse. All - in all, that is the ONLY thing that made this meal deviate from being absolutely perfect. The chef even made my salmon well done - as I requested. (I know they don't normally appreciate cooking something differently than what is considered proper.) But, I REALLY appreciated that. The calamari were excellent - fresh and tender. My 'extra dirty' martini was even perfect. This is our go-to place for bringing out of town guests because we know the food and location make it a very special place to eat.More infoDouble Eagle Steak and SeafoodPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Sequim•4.8
