Restaurants near Fireman Park

My date was on a flight back from Paris and sat next to a lovely couple from Buffalo who suggested Giancarlo’s. And boy were they spot on!!! First of all, our waitress, Olivia, was delightful and very knowledgeable with the menu. She and the other staff were on top of all our needs. There were so many choices I can’t wait to go back and try more. The filet mignon was the best I have ever had!! My date had the oysters and was very impressed! Our cocktails were delicious as well!! We don’t know the name of that couple on the plane, but thank you for steering us towards Giancarlo’s! It was well worth it!!

Just a litttle heat would be great! Not verry busy in that room but it was really a bit too cold for comfort that evening.

The food was spectacular! The sauce was like homemade, and the portions were HUGE. I had the lasagna because of reviews I had seen and it did not disappoint. Impossible to eat all of it. My daughter got the gnocchi, and I sampled it - excellent. The chicken parm was enough for two (maybe three!) to eat. Highly recommended!

Great cocktail menu ( peanut butter espresso martini 🤤 ), with fantastic sharables and main course. Highly recommend the oysters and lobster pasta. Quick and friendly service.

one of our favorite places. Unfortunately our seating was less than favorable. we were seated in bar with people standing over us while we dined. Even more troublesome was people opening the door nonstop ( 20 degrees today). I made reservations a week ago .
