Restaurants near Florsheim Park

We really enjoyed the food and service at Wildfire. I had salmon and creamed spinach and my husband had pork chops and au gratin potatoes. We shared a flourless chocolate cake (on the gluten free menu). We were very pleased with our experience and glad that the restaurant has an extensive gluten free menu for those who need it. The dinner was paced so that we felt cared for and at the same time not rushed at all. Wildfire is a great place to celebrate special occasions.

One of my all time favorite restaurants. Treated my dear friend for a birthday celebration. I love the elegant ambience, the understated, but attentive service. I have never had a bad dish here. Order anything based on your own preferences as to protein, spice level and you can’t go wrong. At Le Colonial I know there is a chef at the helm of the kitchen. For lunch for 2 we shared an appetizer, the ribs, then small pho and salmon for the main we could have stopped, but dessert is a must for a birthday and we were not overstuffed. Chocolate lava cake flambéed table side was a treat. My 4 stars for value is birthday desserts are not comped, but they do add a special happy birthday chocolate to the dessert. Just so you know if you go. Believe me, not a deal breaker. I’ll be back soon.

We dined at Coopers Hawk Wheeling last night 1/29 and had the BEST server, Maddie. She was so fun, personable, and attentive. We'll definitely be requesting Maddie next time we're at Coopers Hawk. This girl is a GEM! She deserves a bonus or a raise!

Our first time here and it was for the experience if Restaurant Week & everything was fabulous. The waiter was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and flavorful. The music in restaurant for ambience was at Avery nice level. It wasn’t noisy with all the tables that were full. 8oz filets very tender and flavorful. The spinach & artichoke dip was perfect amount with the right amount of chips. The dessert was rich & decadent with fresh flavor. The salads Caesar had actual anchovies on it they do ask before serving if you want them. And the wedge salad was spot on. Loved the one strip of bacon on top the right touch.
