Restaurants near Fond Du Lac Historical Marker

I had the lobster and shrimp pasta, my wife had the tortolenni special. Both excellent. We ordered the bruschetta app and also the olive app. Service was great. Our only complaint was the olive app. 12 olives for approximately $12 was about as disappointing an app we've ever ordered. Just the olives, nothing else. We ordered the brushetta after it came because it was so disappointing. Funny how a restaurant can be be so chincy on something so easy to present. We ordered the carrot cake for dessert for about the same price. Very large portion and someone had to actually bake it as opposed to 12 olives spooned onto a plate.

Our server was Kevin and he was phenomenal! Our dog was a little nervous and barking in the room so we were going to have to head back up after we ordered our beverages but Kevin made it possible for us to sit out in the atrium and we were able to have dinner with our dog by our side. The food was great and Kevin really made our night special! 

This casino and restaurant never disappoints. One of the best Valentines dinner we’ve enjoyed. Great menu selections. Wonderful service from Willie . Thank you for a memorable evening.

Would recommend that on the restaurant's website that individuals with physical disabilities be encouraged to use the entrance through the lobby of the Fitgers Hotel and take the elevator down to the dining area. It is a long way to walk through the lower level of the ramp all the way through the mall (with sloping ramps). As a result, we were 15 minutes late for our a reservation and were chided for that by the person that greeted us at the door. As a fine dining facility it would be nice if the Boat Club had an arrangement with the Fitger's valet service to provide parking as well (a fee certainly could be charged but it would be appreciated).

I had no idea the restaurant on top of the ski hill was the quality it turned out to be. Easy car access. Nice selection of tap beers too. Makes me want to strap on my skis and make this a weekly pilgrimage.
