We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe. We believe that our hospitality is just as important as the food and beverages we put on the table. We do not encourage our restaurant for young children.     It was our first visit to Sullivan’s & it did not disappoint. Wonderful menu & beverage list. Hostesses were welcoming upon arrival & gracious upon our departure. Our waiter was Nico. Very pleasant. The rack of lamb was wonderful as was the filet mignon. - both were prepared to perfection. We would recommend Sullivans. An observation - interesting to see how other diners dress. Times have changed. Baseball caps & athletic attire apparently is a trend that is here to stay. Sullivan’s diners should treat the establishment with the respect it deserves. ( Just sayin’! 😊) Thank you Sullivan’s for a delicious & memorable dining experience.

    I’ve always had a goodexperience at this location, but my most recent visit was the best by far. Someone in our party had dietary restrictions (gluten and vegetarian). The manager greeted us for our reservation and I asked him him suggestions. He gave us the perfect dish suggestion. In fact, when he went into the kitchen and made sure it was going to be cooked correctly. Everyone else on staff was amazing as well. We had the best interactions with the entire team. I would highly recommend this place for every occasion.

    Great food. The panna cotta dessert was absolutely amazing. Steak and pork chop both perfect. The dipping sauce for the calamari was wonderfully flavored. Good service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    Food was AMAZING!!! The drinks seemed to take a very long time but tasted great. Put on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and the hostess mentioned it but never told our server so it wasn’t a very special experience.
