The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-36 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. We leave tables unreserved in our beer garden and parts of inside for groups of less than 5 people and walk-ins. If you're wanting to make a reservation for 36+ people, please visit our webpage.

A place that feels like home.. I don't mean that in a sense that the place is covered in dog hair, the tv is blaring, the kids are screaming and there's lego all over the floor; more in a sense that you feel welcomed, content and at home from the minute you enter, right up until you leave. We wanted to create a place, that I myself, would want to visit on a regular basis. A place where your name is more important to us than your money is. A place where you feel like a regular from your first visit. A place where you feel like a part of our family. A place you felt you've been before. A place that feels like home.... Ok, so we have fancy wine glasses, twinkling candles, nice chairs and really shiny cutlery, but don't let that fool you... We're humble, both in our service and in our food, and pretentiousness and oversized egos were banished from the premises the day we started trading. We like looking the part, but life's too short for airs and graces...

We can’t wait for you to experience one of the most unique experiences on the Mornington Peninsula. Before you book, please note the following:Picnics are $30 per head and children's meals can be ordered on the day.     A hidden gem; Amare Cucina Pizza Bar is a slice of authentic Italian heaven in Blairgowrie! Every bite of their cuisine made our hearts go “Mama Mia.” The pizza (Norma) was perfection—thin, crispy, and melted in our mouths with fresh, flavorful toppings. Their pasta? Absolutely divine. We honestly cried with joy with every bite. And don’t miss the tiramisu—it’s the perfect sweet finish! They also offer a great variety of vegetarian options, which is always appreciated. The service was warm and responsive, with the attendants treating us to smiles and thoughtful recommendations. Jasmine, in particular, was fantastic—every suggestion she made was spot on and elevated our entire dining experience. If you’re craving authentic Italian food with exceptional service, Amare Cucina is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!
