Restaurants near Goddard Memorial State Park

I had a $25 certificate from a golf event which I used to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. I wanted someplace special and heard Meritage was a great restaurant. We weren't disappointed. The meal was excellent and the service was fantastic. The tables were placed far apart so we didn't hear neighboring conversations, and we were able to talk at normal volume which was most appreciated. We live in Providence and will return next year.

Great experience but the noise level was a bit too high. It was difficult to hear what anyone was saying at our table. The service was top notch though and the food and drinks were excellent.

Lovely place with a great vibe. Service was good. Seafood flight was a little overcooked, friends steak came out later than the rest of the table but they bought us all dessert. Drinks were excellent !

Our dinner at La Masseria is always wonderful! We had our favorite table upstairs which has wonderful ambiance. All of our drinks, appetizers and dinners were delicious. One of our favorite restaurants to spend Christmas Eve!

When I originally booked this table, your establishment, had an extended menu, for the holiday. When I arrived , that menu was not in play. They’re running off an everyday luncheon menu for Christmas Eve (a little disappointing) Our server, Brendan, was fantastic. He was the only one turning tables, making drinks and waiting on customers. At no point did anyone feel neglected at my table. He was kind and professional..
