Great addition to the Hyde Park area. I went with a group of friends and we all enjoyed the food, drinks, and ambiance. We ordered the entire menu and enjoyed each bite. Catina Rosa’s primarily focus are their cocktails. Each drink we ordered was quite tasty. The food(l (although small bites) was very good. We really enjoyed the guacamole, Barbacoa de borrego, and the Empanadas. Honestly, everything we ordered was good. Also, special shout out to our server Steven. He was really nice and helpful. If you’re wavering on rather or not you should give them a try…please do. I think you will enjoy yourself.

Clearly the best restaurant on the Southside of Chicago. The food is always amazing and the staff understands what great customer service is all about. Congratulations on your Michelin star as well.

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like we were special and the entire restaurant staff was awaiting our arrival. From the owner to the server and even the mixologist behind the bar, made our experience magical and unforgettable. The was not our first visit, just one of the best! The food was delicious and the dessert was sinfully tasty. Thank you Chemistry for giving my wife an amazing birthday celebration!!

The pot roast and potatoes meal was too salty and not appetizing. I would recommend friends for the drinks and ambience.
