- SSarahGreater Boston •4 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoWe had the wedge Autumn salad, which was wonderful. The mushroom bolognese was very good, and the hanger steak was outstanding. The cabernet was really good and the pomegranite mousse dessert was tasty. It was a little loud, but not too distracting. The only real negative was our server. He was very sweet, but he talked so softly it was hard to hear him. He also would disappear for long periods of time so we had to go looking for him or flag him down a few times. We waited for our check after the table was cleared for at least 15 minutes.More infoRichardson’s TavernPrice: Moderate• American• Woodstock•4.5

- BBarryGreater Boston •2 reviews5.0Dined on 11 Dec 2024My girlfriend and I dined on a rainy Wednesday evening, the restaurant was just about empty thus the only reason for the 4-star rating on ambiance. It was sort of nice to have the place to our own!! Service was excellent, (thanks Angela), and the food was fantastic. App, two drinks, two dinners and tip under $120. Definitely would dine here again, especially next time we are doing something at the Paramount, which is just around the block. Well decorated, awesome background music for dinner. Could not have been happier as a first-time customer. We will be bcak!More infoRoots The RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Rutland•4.7
