Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire.     Our server Ellen was friendly and prompt with service. She was respectful of the conversation at the table, allowing us to enjoy our date night. The Prime Rib, NY Strip were great. I loved that lobster Mac and house cut fries. These went great with our old fashioned and espresso martini. Didn’t save room for d dessert, maybe next time. I can see why this place is a staple in the Omaha dining community. I highly suggest this restaurant.

    What a wonderful experience I had at Saffron. The staff is absolutely amazing. The best service I have experienced in Omaha for sure! The atmosphere is great! Lots of photo opportunities and truly, there is no “bad” table in this restaurant. Each table is in a great space with a beautiful atmosphere surrounding it. The food was so authentic and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend this spot!
