Toro, in Boston, helmed by James Beard Award-winning chef, Ken Oringer, serves delectable Spanish tapas dishes in its contemporary and charming restaurant.     food good, service was excellent (thank you Janice), disappointed that I made this reservation 3-4 weeks ago and wanted to sit upstairs next to the window, and when we arrived we were seated downstairs in the back of the restaurant. I questioned why, and was informed that during the slow season that the upstairs is closed. Why didn't anyone bother to call me to tell me this, and why wasn't I then moved to a window downstairs. It irritated me, might seem small but I had envisioned a different night for our celebration. It is very unlikely that I will return in the future. Lynn

    We had a wonderful experience for my boyfriend’s birthday. The waitress was honest and knowledgeable when we asked for his input while ordering steaks. I ordered the Kobe cap medium rare and it came out rare, but it was still delicious. Everything was amazing. We will Definitely be back.

    Food was amazing and the restaurant esthetic is perfect for elevated yet casual dinning. In addition, Caitlin is a superstar. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her work place. She truly made our experience memorable and when we return we want to be seated in her section.
