Since 1995, we have been proudly serving the locals, students and visitors to Chapel Hill. A lot has changed in both our town and the craft beer industry since we opened our doors as the culmination of a business school plan I wrote my senior year at UNC. Today, we celebrate our North Carolina roots with a made-from-scratch menu focused on Carolina foods in a newly renovated building.     Every dining experience there is a joy. Last evening's was superb. From the french onion soup, to the filet on pastry, with a wonderful bottle of wine and a sweet dessert - oh my! The attentive staff and obviously incredible chef always make this a dining experience to savor and remember. One of our favorite all-time spots. Great for a special occasion or just dinner out. Can.Not.Go.Wrong!!

    We dined on December 18, 2024 with quite a number of holiday gatherings present. While energetic and festive, the ambiance was tilted toward louder than usual. Not uncomfortable, just not quite as comfortable. The table was perfect, the food delicious and the service impeccable.

    This is our third year our group has gotten together for Christmas at Green Valley Grill. We enjoy the food selections and the wait staff are always attentive. One of our party mentioned she needed lots of water and the waiter made it his duty to never let her glass get below halfway. The room we were placed was a little loud, but I am sure that is due to all the other parties surrounding us enjoying their time together. Those who had hearing aids did have some difficulty understanding the conversation at times.
