Superb service - friendly and professional, and happy to help with special requests. Beautiful setting and very low noise level. By far the best restaurant in the MSG/Herald Square area.

The waitress was very nice and attentive. She didn’t rush us to order and refilled our drinks promptly. The food taste was excellent. The prices were a little high, but average for New York City. The restaurant is located inside of Macy’s, so you can do your shopping and dining in one place.

We’ve eaten at Carmine’s a few times now but we love eating there during this time of year. Carmine’s is the perfect spot for a festive holiday meal! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with beautiful decorations that set the holiday mood. The service is top-notch—attentive and friendly, making you feel right at home. Their family-style Italian dishes are absolutely delicious, with generous portions that are perfect for sharing. So, for being in the heart of NYC, it’s a decent value for our family. Whether it’s a holiday gathering or just a night out, Carmine’s delivers a memorable dining experience

The main area was inaccessible due to a holiday party and that was the whole reason we came.

We each had a different entree and all were excellent, as was the wine. Dessert and appetizer were also delicious. Wait service was prompt and courteous. All in all a perfect late afternoon lunch with friends before Christmas.
