We visit Choptank often. It is our "go to" restaurant when we host guests. It is wonderful that Marco the manager always remembers us. He sees the reservation name and visits the table. The servers are always in a good mood and you feel welcomed. Our visit on the day after Valentines still served the Valentine limited menu. There was plenty to chose from. We started with Oysters that were wonderful. The only flaw in the meal was the stuffed baked potato was too salty. It was cold and rainy outside but the vibe inside was cozy. Highly recommend.

The Valentine’s Day special of hangar steak and lobster tail was to die for and one of the best dishes I’ve had in Annapolis. Atmosphere was warm and lively, drinks were on point. Great service! So glad we chose The Goat!

My wife and I went for Valentine's Day and chose the 3 course special. The food was some of the best we have had for quite some time. Everything was perfectly prepared and tasted wonderful. Our server Jared was amazing and attentive without being obtrusive. He offered wonderful wine recommendations based on personal experience and offered the sommelier if we required. The ambience and music was at perfect volume to enjoy and still easily hold a conversation. We will be returning and requesting Jared again.

Dined for Valentine’s Day set menu. AMAZING!!! Did not feel like a typical Valentine’s Day restaurant production line - in and out ASAP to turn the tables over. Food was incredible. Plenty of time to enjoy the whole experience. Our server Alice was amazing.

Rachel took wonderful care of us. The food was delicious and served very promptly. There was a mix up with our Open Table reservation but manager Robert promptly texted me the morning of to accommodate us at an earlier seating because of the holiday. Rachel was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. From the cocktails, to the appetizer, to the entrees and desserts we took to go, an outstanding meal. It was the perfect Christmas Eve dinner for our little family. A well-deserved reputation as an excellent establishment.
