I cannot say anything but outstanding, from the service to the feast. The food was delicious, taste and quality are always above and beyond. I would suggest asking for one of the following skilled staff when you visit, Cory, Mike or Leigh; their expert attention to details, following up to see if you need anything else, without intruding on your meal, priceless; the staff is expertly train, and it shows. I've been to several Ruth's Chris' and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs!!!!

After enduring some difficult nights at the resort (which was corrected) this was the perfect Christmas Eve dinner. The service,servers and leadership team were very hands on and attended to all our needs. The food and dessert were exceptional and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our holidays memorable!

Christmas Eve mid afternoon visit. Holiday decor was lovely, understated elegance. Staff was very cordial, especially with it being a holiday. They had a beautiful special menu for the holiday, but chose to go with a standard stuffed shell pasta with an add on of one meatball. Excellent pasta and the sauce which is called a slightly sweet marinara was absolutely perfect. Staff was considerate and thoughtful in their suggestions. The garlic bread is seasoned just right. The only thing missing was a glass of Chianti, but that was on me because I was driving so chose not to indulge. Great meal, great staff (Devon), great decor. Will definitely be back.

Linguine Alfredo was uncooked, batches of pasta stick together. Added Steak to salad was cooked well done, when asked for medium rare. Manager and waitress Service were great, they tried hard to fix kitchen mishap. Atmosphere and seating were good.

This was my second experience at The Refinery, and I loved it even more than the first. I highly recommend the Tuna Crudo app and the Long Stem Artichokes. My mother had the Trofie pasta with vodka sauce and seafood. It has a spicy kick, FYI. I enjoyed the Swordfish with mussels and shrimp. The portions were substantial and beautifully presented. Here's the kicker: THE SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Next-level servers and they work together to make your evening smooth and seamless. Next time I'm saving room for an espresso martini and some dessert.
