Restaurants near Hiller Aviation Museum

Very nice meal, but not quite exceptional. Food was generally very good; ambiance is lovely. Service is a little spotty. Cocktails took too long; appetizers were served too soon (at the same time as the cocktails!); we had to pour our own wine because our glasses were empty; one entree was perfectly timed but the other was lukewarm when it arrived. I would definitely go back, and it is a lovely spot for a special occasion -- but it wasn't over the top perfect (but I have very high standards!).

Iron Gate is a special place. It never fails to deliver a memorable experience. It’s a bit of a time warp…the menu is traditional but the food is always excellent. It’s the service that sets IG apart- it’s impeccable, friendly, entertaining, and what you wish other restaurants offered! We celebrated a birthday and they nailed it! Joe (waiter) was fantastic! As were Tanner and the entire team!

Fabulous Luncheon. Loved the Lemon soup, combo appetizers, dolma and cocktails!! Will be back!!

Everything was above par. Except the pork chop which was overcooked and boring.

This place is amazing! The hostess, Delaney, is what made our night. I’m currently disabled and she went out of her way to accommodate my needs from the very beginning all the way until the end of our dinner. I had to use the restroom and she personally walked me all the way back to the restroom and held the door for me! The food was incredible, our server was extremely attentive, and the food came out fast. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks Delaney! We will definitely come back :)
