I was pleased to be able to give feedback in a pleasant conversation with your supervisor, following our meal.

First off, you need to order the mussels, because they are just like Nonna made them. The marinara mussels are going to make you ask for more bread, you’ll want to soak up all the sauce (don’t say I didn’t warn you) I ordered the salmon, it was delicious, my wife ordered the chicken parm and couldn’t finished it, it was great and now I have lunch for today. Didn’t have any room but we decided on double espressos and tiramisu, somehow there was room for it! If you can, ask for Stefanos he’s an amazing server and a great guy! I spoke Italian to him throughout the entire dinner and then found out he’s Greek and just happens to know Italian among many other languages. Talented guy right here! Very attentive and it was a pleasure to share limoncello shots at the end. You gotta eat here!

On a last minute planned trip to be with two of our children’s families earlier this week, we were stay at a downtown hotel. We were fortunate at the last minute to be able to have a table in the wine bar at Bechta. We completely enjoyed the whole experience, ambience, service, quality of food.

10/10. Perfect for date night. My fav spot in Ottawa right now. Tonight the service was exceptional and can’t wait to go back. Love that they have non alcoholic options and the dessert is elevated and delicious. Just fun!

Oustanding food and excellent personal service. We celebrated my husband's birthday and enjoyed every minute.
