Also a hit, I’ve loved Soby’s since the first time I went in during the opening week. I have nothing but respect for Carl and the class and notable places he and 301 have given us to eat! Kudos!!!!

This was the perfect spot for our Holiday work lunch! The service was great and the food was excellent!

Went there for my birthday; the food was delicious. Server joked with my group and it was a great time. I told our server to surprise me for my entree and he exceeded what I thought I was going to get. It was probably the best pasta I’ve ever had and I’ve been to Italy! I definitely am coming here again!

Wonderful experience start to finish! Excellent service, food quality and atmosphere. Only concern is related to the popularity of the restaurant i.e., very busy, tables filled to capacity for which making having a table conversation a bit of a challenge.

We were a party of seven for Thanksgiving. The buffet was beautiful and plentiful. Several different stations were available for those not wanting the traditional fare. I wish the Hilton would do a Sunday Brunch like this. I would bet it would be a big hit in Greenville.
