We were a group of 8. No problems with the reservation. They seated us right away even though half our party had not arrived yet.  We started off with the calamari and French bread. The bread was great. They served the calamari with a squeeze of sweet-and-sour sauce on top. Next time I would order the sweet-and-sour sauce on the side. My husband I ordered the dinner for two with the bone in ribeye and four sides – french fries, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, green beans. Steak and all the sides were great, but the mashed potatoes could have been creamier. My daughters had a salad and the Seabass. They both loved their dishes. The waiter was great. He was very friendly and engaging. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Excellent service on a very busy Xmas evening. The kitchen also rose to the occasion admirably. Family situation required dining out and we are grateful that Brio was open

Our waiter made us feel as if we were in a 5 star dining on Christmas Day! His care and customer service provided is the best in DFW! The restaurant was busy day and yet, it felt as if we were the only ones that mattered. The entire staff was in full service mood, like a well oiled machine. All with kindness, smiles and merry! Congrats to the management, job well done. Saltgrass in Plano has risen to the top of my list! Our steaks were perfect! Thanks open door for reservation’s, it was so easy! When we arrived our table was ready, greeted us with a smile and warm fresh bread right from the oven. *****+++

We had a wonderful time Christmas eve. Server was super attentive, pleasant, knowledgeable. Food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back.

Well staffed on a busy night and that was a good experience. Food was better than average.
