This was our 1st visit to a Hop Cat and knew it was going to be loud. That would be the only negative I felt we need to mention, but overall we loved the place. Food was great, our server, Julia, was great. Everyone must try the Fries! Great beer selections, too! My husband had the Chicken Bowl and I had the Steak quesadillas and they were both very good. We will definitely go back.

Superb service from start to finish. Host stand was professional and organized. Nancy, our server, was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. We don’t have a single complaint. Cocktails were amazing - espresso martinis to start. Then we ordered off their list - Figgy Smalls and Cacao Negroni. For appetizers, we got oysters, colossal shrimp cocktail and the escargot. All great. For dinner, my husband got the seafood pan sear and I got the crab and shrimp risotto. We didn’t plan to do dessert but they offered us a free sundae for my birthday. We assumed it would be a scoop of vanilla with some toppings but even that exceeded our expectations with brownie bits and homemade whipped cream. We’ll be back.

We had another fantastic meal at Mexo. We shared multiple appetizers and soup and food quality was exceptional- consistent with our multiple previous trips here. One of us has celiac disease and we have dined here many times with absolute safety. There are an extensive number of gluten free menu options that are all delicious. We strongly recommend Mexo!!

A fantastic Nee Years Day brunch for our group of 4. Our waitress, Ren was so kind and professional. Giving us suggestions and a few more minutes to decide when asked. Top notch food and service!
