- MMariaLos Angeles •11 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI was meeting two old friends I hadn’t seen for a while and we wanted a place with good food where we could converse without having to yell to be heard by each other. Simonette was right on the money. Two of us had the onion soup and the oysters while the third had the beef bourginon - All the dishes were well prepared and we enjoyed the meal.More infoSimonette at Palihotel Culver CityPrice: Moderate• French• Culver City•4.6
- LLuzineLos Angeles •9 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI had an absolutely fantastic experience at Somerville. From the moment my friends and I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. We started with the Parker House Rolls and Fried Chicken and Caviar Sliders which was a perfect balance of flavors and beautifully presented. For the main course, we had the wagyu strip lion, braised bacon, baked mac and cheese, fingerling potatoes, mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts and the pan seared ora king salmon in which we all shared and it was out of this world. The flavors, textures, or ingredients were perfectly executed, and the portion size was generous without feeling overwhelming. I couldn’t resist trying the manjari torte to finish off the meal, and I’m so glad we did—it was the perfect sweet ending. The drinks were also top-notch. My friends had the mighty river and the a love supreme and it paired wonderfully with the food. You can really tell that the chefs and staff care about the entire dining experience. Overall, Somerville is a must-visit if you're in the area. The food, service, and ambiance all come together for an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to return!More infoSomervillePrice: Expensive• American• Culver City•4.7
- LLarryVIPLos Angeles •29 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe had a wonderful dinner (business meeting). Fortunately, we were able to get a table in the back as the noise in the front room was loud (ok LOUD). The food was delicious, the service was superb and the ambiance was nice. The restaurant was jammed on a Wednesday night. That in and of itself is a positive review.More infoGjelinaPrice: Expensive• American• Venice•4.7

The food was oustanding, as was the service and cocktails. I had the Ossobuco (special for the night) and it was absolutely delicious!! This place is such a hidden gem that makes you feel like your in NYC.More infoDear John'sPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Culver City•4.7
