Lovely meal with the added benefit that everything is gluten free.

We had an excellent evening at Bills in Gloucester Quays. We ate from the set Christmas menu and the food was very good. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. We had pre-booked and everything was very well organised. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good night out.

As part of our Cotswold experience really looked forward to our stay at the hotel and dinner at The Brasserie. A bit disappointing in that we were ready for burgers and both our chicken and beef versions were dry and overcooked. Wanting to order the beef at medium rare, I was told that the chef only does well done. Hmmmm. Should have been my clue to order something else. Overall the service was good with our server tempering our expectation in food delivery as there was a Christmas party vying for the kitchen and food was going yo be delayed; it was fine. Value of food poor, in our eyes, especially with the quality of what delivered. But again, another choice of main might have resulted in a different review.

Food was delicious, staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was very reasonable. Would happily come back to eat here again.

Perfect restaurant for a birthday meal. Service was impeccable. Good food choices which were all delicious. Lovely atmosphere with a little bit of buzz without the noise. We are never disappointed.
