- LLLucaLToronto / Ontario •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a beautiful experience yesterday at Alpina/Terra! Our meal was fantastic: we started with a hot cheese fondue and housemade focaccia, followed by an authentic Italian dish called canederli, which I’m pretty sure you can’t find anywhere else. We also had an amazing polenta with American Wagyu wurstel. Since it was our Valentine's dinner, we ended our meal with the special dessert, which was absolutely delicious. Our server, Joseph, took great care of us. We’ll definitely be back!More infoTerra - Eataly Silicon ValleyPrice: Expensive• Italian• Santa Clara•4.1
- SStevenSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food is excellent. Everything was well prepared. Service was excellent. One thing to note, the side dishes are enormous. You should either order a half or be prepared to split it with one or two other people. Another thing, if you order a glass of wine instead of a bottle have them bring it immediately. It is quite cold and it takes a while for a red to warm up to the point where it can be fully appreciated. The rack of lamb has 7 ribs. Be prepared to split it or take some home. Doggie bags were quite common. Another neat trick, their prepared drinks come with dry ice on the glass. It keeps the liquid cool but it does not dilute the flavor as it melts. One last thing. Be prepared for an expensive experience. Two of us with drinks, 2 glasses of wine, 2 half appetizers, 3 half sides and 2 main courses ended up with a bill over $550 including tip. Worth it for special occasions but a lot for any kind of regular thing.More infoMastro’s Steakhouse - Santa ClaraPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Santa Clara•4.6
- DDonaldSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoTook my girlfriend last night for Valentine’s Day and the overall experience was great. We had a reservation and got sat down with minimal wait time. All the staff who helped us were wonderful and the food was great! My bone-in ribeye was tender and cooked perfectly and my girlfriend’s pasta was as delicious. Thank you for making our special night that much better!! We will definitely return in the future!!More infoMaggiano's - San JosePrice: Moderate• Italian• San Jose•4.5

It was a busy Valentine’s evening but staff never missed a beat. We will definitely be back!More infoKing's Fish House - San JosePrice: Moderate• American• San Jose•4.6
- AaudreySan Francisco Bay Area •30 reviews5.0Dined on 27 Jan 2025Haley was excellent! She did her rounds, was vigilant and meeting our needs but not overly bothersome. We had cauliflower wedge, calamari for appetizers and later had the chicken quesadilla. Food was good! The noise level was great! We went there to watch the playoffs and the crowd was definitely into the game 😉More infoCapersPrice: Moderate• American• Campbell•4
