- IIsabellaVIPPhiladelphia County •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI made reservations here for a Christmas brunch with my family and Wow! I am so happy I did! My family and I had a fabulous time and a fantastic brunch here at Old Ebbitt. Our server, Jasmine, gave excellent recommendations and was an incredible server. She was very warm and inviting, which is something we always look for. The french toast, chicken and waffles, eggs Benedict, crab and artichoke dip, and raw oysters were all top notch and delicious. From start to end, everything was perfect. This is where you want to have brunch in DC. Thank you, Old Ebbitt!More infoOld Ebbitt GrillPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.8

- DDiannaWashington, D.C. Area •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI made a reservation for me and my close friends (we served in the military together) and our spouses. We have been best friends for 30 years. So, getting together is a treasurable experience for us. Upon our arrival, I met with the hostess and she was exceptionally kind, caring, and supportive of our group and found us the perfect spot to enjoy our evening together. Fredy came right over to our table and introduced himself as our server. He took excellent care of us! He was attentive, informative, understanding, kind, fun, caring, and enjoyable to talk to. It was a busy Saturday evening, but we could not tell because Fredy made time to check on us and refilled our drinks regularly. I was so appreciative of Fredy's hospitality, I informed the owner. He will be our requested server from now on. We ordered drinks and appetizers of Ma Brown's Biscuits, Deviled Eggs, and Fried Calamari. We ordered dinners of Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Pork Chop, Roasted Chicken, Jerked Catfish, and Seafood Penne. Everything arrived timely and delicious. I had the Roasted Chicken and I enjoyed it! It was moist, seasoned well, and flavorful. All members of our party enjoyed their dishes. Valet parking was convenient and valet staff was friendly. The setting was perfect for our gathering and a positively, memorable one. It was elegant, classy, and charming. Georgia Brown's is at the top of our list of favorite places to visit, personally for my husband and I, as well as our best friend group. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!More infoGeorgia Brown'sPrice: Expensive• Low Country• Downtown•4.4
- EEileenWashington, D.C. Area •15 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMy husband and I and three friends once again celebrated our Christmas lunch at Joe's and it never disappoints. The four of us sea food lovers split between the grilled seafood platter (lobster tails, shrimp, and scallops) and the crab cakes, which we all agreed were outstanding and portions large enough we all took about half of our entrees home. The eight once filet mignon, was a hit with my husband. Sides of creamed spinach, roasted Brussel sprouts, potatoes Lyonnaise, were wonderful. The complementary bread basket contains a variety of several different small rolls, all freshly made. An extensive wine list complimented our meals. Desserts we tried included key lime pie, a golden ice cream sunday, and peppermint ice cream with fudge sauce. Joe's is justly well known for it's delicious pies. Service was attentive, friendly, but not obtrusive. This is a classic steak house and seafood establishment with a wonderful ambience of dark wood and elegance. However, it is expensive and they are adding an additional 3 percent to the check for "rising costs", though you can ask them to remove that charge. The menu is traditional, not for those looking for an adventurous eating experience.More infoJoe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab - Washington DCPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.8
- CCaitlinLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoI dined here as a solo diner and usually you wouldn’t get the best service because the servers want larger parties, but this was not the case here. Zach made sure I was taken care of. This is a rarity as someone who travels a lot alone and has experienced the bad end of dining alone. I’ve had a few friends and family dine here when they visited and loved it so I’m glad I was able to get the same experience they had as a solo diner.More infoThe HamiltonPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.7
