We created a NEW CONCEPT we call MODERN CASUAL CHIC...The new name is Frankie's Since 1988 as an ode to our original restaurant on the Southside of Chicago. No longer a fine dining white tablecloth restaurant. Our new vibe is energetic music, vibrant craft cocktails homemade pastas, authentic Southern Italian style pizzas (from our new Marra Forni oven) and most popular dishes, such as Ciambotta (sausage & peppers), meatballs, Alaskan wild king salmon, Chicken "limone" with a lemon butter & capers sauce amongst others.     You can’t go wrong with any of the Scott Harris restaurants. This one just happens to be our favorite. I had the halibut Vesuvio for the first time and it was fantastic. I highly recommend it. The service is always spot on and the vibe is always great there.

    There is nothing like Christmas at the Walnut Room. The tree, the wonderful people sprinkling fairy dust, the themed desserts, the decorations, the nostalgia..... EVERYTHING. I went as a little girl and bring back generations as an adult. It makes me teary being there. Our waitress was great. Reservations right on time. The food..ehh..it is not why you go. Burger was nothing special and the fries were literally cold,cold not even just cold. Most people get the pot pie and salad. I should have tried something a little daring but was in the mood for a burger. It was a smashburger. Next year I will go with the chicken dish! I love it here at Christmas, it is Chicago. So glad they brought back the collector mugs

    Our server Trevor is an absolute gem! He shared with us why he's been with Cooper's hawk for so long and the generosity shown by the company during Covid, in particular. He was on point with his menu and drink suggestions, and he was attentive without being annoying. :) The perfect evening with colleagues for the holidays with delicious food, tasty drinks, and excellent service.
